Food and Alcohol

People ask me weight loss questions all the time since I'm a vegan, but it really is as simple as burning more calories than you take in. I'm not advocating a diet, it's just that a lot if diets have long term health implications that are just as devastating as being obese.

Not eating carbs is going to cause problems because fruits, vegetables, legumes and leafy greens are incredibly good for you, and bacon is incredibly bad for you.

But if you want to lose weight fast, being a vegan won't do it for you.

The proper analogy would be saving money, not being rich, but I don't want to get in the way of you being a dick.
 
I don't eat any animal products except honey.

I'm not truly a vegan, vegans don't wear leather, ot use any product of any kind that have animal products in them.

I have some pills I can sell you. They won’t help with the weight loss, but they help tremendously in the bedroom. Some men have seen an increase of 4”!!
 
Had a kombucha beer tonight. It tasted like what you'd expect. Delicious if you like kombucha. 8% alcohol and not outrageously expensive either.
 
Anyone have restaurant recommendations in Vegas? I've got two more days to go and looking for places that aren't too expensive or touristy.
 
I was in Napa in October of 2016 and we went to Opus One. They have 2 wines you can taste by the glass. One is $45 dollars and one is $60. I was there and was like what the hell and ordered the $60 glass and my hand was shaking when the lady handed it to me. It was delicious, but it made me so nervous to drink.

A $60 fucking glass of wine.

Lotta wine tonight at wine club. I capped my wine club adventures off with my $4 barefoot moscato wine. I sadly enjoyed that cheap ass wine more than any of the other wines I tasted tonight.
 
Feel drunker than I did 10 minutes ago from my previous post. Alcohol's ability to numb physical pain remains glorious.
