Slow loading times?

Is anyone else experience very slow loading times on here? I've been experiencing this for a week or so now. Is it a site issue or is it something with my settings or internet? I don't have this issue on any other website I visit.

It's an issue that I'm working to resolve. It has to do with how the site is being cached.
