I have never joined TDD, and one of the primary reasons why is exactly what is being articulated here.
To be honest, though I have some folks to network with, I'm nowhere near as well-connected as many of you seem, so I don't know how much I will really be able to contribute in terms of subject matter. That being said, I feel I can offer opinion and input, and as someone who has grown very weary of chest-thumping bravado and childish trash-talking with no substance when it comes to sports, I really value actual discussion, which is why even though I'm only in my first few hours as a member here, I am already pretty confident that I am going to enjoy the discussion here.
