Anyway, I tweaked my lower back squatting in the gym on Monday. It was super sore but each day I've been regaining flexibility and the pain has been reducing. I can almost fully bend over now, which is better than being unable to bend at all Monday.

I'm trying to get back into the gym as soon as possible to get some blood running through the injury, whatever it is.

This injury actually resulted in two herniated disks in my lower back. It was very painful for a few months but after a few weeks at physical therapy I'm beginning to feel much better.

So, just ran a half-marathon for the first time. Would have been better if it was 15 degrees cooler. I prepared my nipples with Gold Bond nipple wax beforehand, but it didn't work and I had blood all over my shirt . I was really looking forward to a shower, but the water hitting my raw nipples caused a pain I have never experienced in my life. I almost got out of the shower. My wife had to check to make sure I was OK because she heard some weird noise coming from the bathroom.
