Tyrod Taylor and next 3 1st round picks for Andrew Luck would be a workable starting point. Taylor is FA after the season, which is good for salary cap concerns, bad for long term value. I don't think that's enough to get Luck but 4 1sts is too much. Something like 3 1sts and 2 4ths.
