Oh yeah, my first scout account was banned from TDD. I tried registering, I was told I was denied. I then messaged a few mods, and one of them gave me a perma-ban.


Edit: Just logged on to check out the inbox on that account. I messaged Matt2Dukies, Dukeman, and aG.

Here was the last message to aG (which was shortly followed by a permanent ban, thanks aG):

"For almost one year I have wanted to post on here... and I have not been allowed so instead I just read them daily and add no input. I was told that I may have been denied because I have two emails registered on scout. I was told by one mod that he would look into it and another I got no response. I cannot figure out how to delete my old account (it was banned on IC so I made a new one to view their forums). If I am unable to post, the reason is pretty weak. It's sad when a Duke fan is unable to post on a Duke forum..."


That experience should have been a sign that TDD was a piece of shit moderated site.

Unfortunately, due to an increase in spam activity we had to move to an approval system. But the only requirements are to not be a spammer.

I'm kinda surprised it took R2C so long to make it over to TDD. He is all over the national board (which primarily exists to allow discussion of Duke's suckiness outside of IC).
