The only way I eat mac and cheese now is basically as a tuna casserole. Tuna, peas and mac and cheese. Makes it feel like actual food, but still cheap and easy. #tyusstonesdiet

Wife is out of town, been Daddy Day Care since Saturday. Tonight, there were chicken breasts thawed out. Kids had asked for tenders, but rather than something fried, I opted to attempt something different. Ended up with a Hawaiian sauce with peppers and onions over pasta. Smells great, tastes great, and the best part of all is all 3 kids asked for seconds.

Also, I always have to go to Tattooed Mom on South Street while I'm here. One of my all-time favorite bars. The decor is what makes it, but I recommend getting a Mom's Mule (their version of a Moscow Mule).
