I usually make what is basically a cafe Americano and add nothing to it.

One of my things about coffee is that I don't like super hot coffee, so espresso drinks are usually out for me. An americano is a good substitute for drip though.

A friend of our does custom stuff and built the bar from scratch in 5 days. Nothing there but empty space before he started. Oak bar, with a kegerator from Costco under the granite. He built a drawer for the CO2 tank with easy access. Next to the keg fridge is a mini fridge and next to that is the 32 bottle wine chiller. He still has some trim to do and I'll post a pick after it's all done. It's pretty amazing.

Now you need to start home brewing and have your own stuff on tap! We should have another wiki-off like we did for cheese and sausage, then you'd be an expert.
