I'm really looking forward to Paranormal Acitivity 4 and Sinister. But I'm a horror guy.
I am too but I thought part 3 was just awful. I thought the last 20 min just ruined it. Maybe I missed something.
Oct 25th the live mst3k rifftrax of birdemic is in theaters nationwide.

No idea why, but I absolutely love watching 'Z Channel: A magnificent Obsession.'

It's really one of my favorite documentaries.

Watched "Killer Joe" last night. I really liked it, but it's a weird movie. Sort of like "Fargo", with less humor.

Watched The Marinovich Project this morning. It was exactly what I thought it would be, in a good way.

I watched that this past weekend. Did I mention it in chat or something or are we independently geniuses?

We are geniuses. The story arc was totally predictable but such a good warning for overbearing stage parents.

I had been working through the 30 for 30 docs on Netflix and that was basically another one of them, even though not technically a part of them (pre-dated?). So good. Jo and I were talking about some of those docs in chat earlier. Semi-related one was "The Best That Never Was". Very good. Also, the Chris Herren one was depressing, but a must-watch.

Yeah Unguarded was great. Hated the Kansas one they just did, makes Duke look like douchebags. Run Ricky Run is amazing, Jordan Rides the Bus was interesting but weak. Catching Hell is my favorite (the Bartman one)

That Kansas super-fan was the one that looked like a douchebag to me. Couldn't stand that guy. If Duke alums wanted to buy it, then who cares. Kansas University advised the eventual winner NOT to buy the documents.

I can see that, my thing is that I agree with him that it belongs at Kansas. Their commentary on Duke was just uncalled for I think.

I attempted to watch Monty Python and the Holy Grail last night, but I couldn't get through it. It may have been because I was really tired, or maybe I just don't get the humor. I think I'll try again sometime.

I agree. To the casual observer or anti-Duke individual, it made Duke look bad. My roommate watched it and he was saying Duke people/fans are arrogant blah blah.

One of my faves. Just so over the top.
