I just want a coach that isn't a former DC or w/e. David Shaw or someone.

I'm sick of crusty geriatric JR taking a shine to these "old school football" brickheads like Fox or Rivera and letting them outcoach themselves on the sideline for years while still underachieving relative to the amount of talent this team has compared to the rest of the league.

Meanwhile in multiple instances already, other teams get rid of their brickheaded DC coaches and you see huge turnarounds in a season. But JR doesn't get it.

How many teams in the NFL retain a staff that regresses for a 2nd year in a row? It's okay though, we were really only 3 plays from winning today. Offense needs to literally play mistake free to win; totally a fair expectation.
 


Ron's got the team humming along like it's the 70s and 80s, just like JR wanted. Probably uses our style of play in lieu of Cialis when he needs little JR to show signs of life, who is somehow even more wrinkly than big JR.

Signing Aguayo only for him to promptly miss a game winner against Tampa this week would be the new rock bottom in the Rivera era, and a perfect representation for how incompetently run this team is.
