Not sure why Roy would want to get in the OAD game anyway. He's professed a desire to. But if you can achieve the same or greater success with very good but not elite talent, why go after the top-5 guys? It also seems like it'd be more fun to coach Joel Berry than a OAD. Get to build relationships and have players fully learn your system. Avoid the revolving door and entitlement.
