I wonder, when evaluating Hurt's prospects, how valuable Ryan Kelly would be were he being drafted now instead of 7-8 years ago?

The problem was Kelly's shooting never translated.

Maybe he has a better chance to play for this pathetic team than he would a good team had he gotten drafted at the very end of the second round?

The current two-way deals are decent, too. When they first became a thing, they paid like 90,000.

A lot of the guys in the back half of the second round last year, like Cassius Stanley, Nico Mannion, Jalen Harris of the Raptors, and others were on two-way contracts.
