To be fair to Hubert, maybe his complaint is about his team being so intimidated by Lively that they lost all aggressiveness going toward the basket and thus failed to get to the FT line.

When we lost to UNC or a shitty team 95% of the time, K would say the other team knocked us back and we didn't respond. He almost never blamed the refs.

It’s beyond fucking embarrassing that Hubert blamed the refs. Sure there were a few questionable calls but Christ it’s not that hard to understand. Duke literally packed the paint faring UNC to shoot. UNC clanked wide open 3s all night and duke owned the paint
