NBA

Just not a good Warriors team this year. They had so many games where they'd get a big lead and then lose it. They close those games out better and they're not even in the play-in game. But alas, Kerr sticks to his regular season minutes rotation and they lose a few games they shouldn't, all in an effort to save Steph's legs. Well now they'll get an entire offseason to rest with missing the playoffs. Perhaps over the summer Steve and his staff will recognize the importance of covering corner threes. Gotta be the worst team I've ever seen at guarding the corners.

I'm surprised he isn't facing some kind of federal charges. I feel like betting on your own unders and disclosing that kind of information to others is about as bad as it gets?

Sportsbooks really shouldn't have O/Us for marginal players like him anyways, I mean he averaged 13 minutes a game and 4.4 points. Lmao someone placing a 1.1 million wager on anything to do with his stats and thinking that wasn't going to be a giant red flag

I think charges are inevitable. How they're structured exactly, I'm not sure. It wouldn't surprise me if he had legal exposure in every state that offered bets on the game (not just individual props) as well as federal charges. Gaming regulators out here do not mess around, so I'd be stunned if he wasn't charged with something.

I need the Thunder to either draft or trade for a good Duke player. The obvious move is for them to trade for Zion. They easily have the assets and the fit is perfect. However since they're already in title contention, they may not see that as a risk worth taking.

The reason I want a Duke player there in particular is that they now offer everything that college basketball used to offer but at a higher level. They're basically the same age as a college team. You're going to get to watch a core develop over multiple seasons, just like you used to in college. But you don't have to deal with all the bad coaching and bad on-court product.

Have a feeling this will be my most liked post.

Interesting. You know who didn’t get injured in a play-in game? Porzingis. Because they didn’t play all year like arrogant dickheads assuming they’d be able to coast into the playoffs and turn it on.

New York’s the only team I feel bad for, because they did play hard all season and their reward is a really good Philadelphia team, while asshole Milwaukee gets to duck them for at least a round
