Today I am wearing for the first time some new jeans that are like 1 or 2% spandex, and they are AMAZING. "Slim fit stretch" or some shit like that. I used to laugh at women when "jeggings" came out, but damn if these aren't the most comfortable jeans I've ever worn! My wife mocked me, saying this is a slippery slope. I guess she's concerned I'll be prancing around in yoga pants next. Maybe I will. I don't want to be missing out like I was with these man jeggings.

*Also* I can get fatter, but my size will stay the same. Brilliant.

I just bought a few pairs of the Dockers Men's Slim Tapered Fit Workday Khaki Smart 360 Flex Pants™ on sale an they are incredible. Looks like dress pants, feel like sweatpants.

Anyone good with Macs? My wife's computer is super slow and I'm having a hard time figuring out why. She still has over 2/3 of memory free and doesnt keep a bunch of stuff open. I routinely check the activity monitor and there isn't anything on there that would be bogging it down. All the software is up to date. She's had it for about 5 years, but it is in perfect condition and hasn't been used very regularly until this past summer when she launched a photography business - all photos are stored on an external hard drive. I've read plenty of google links about cleanup, but was wondering if anyone here has first-hand experience that can give me some pointers. Frustrating because I consider myself good with tech/computers and haven't been able to help her out with this.

you may want to run some type of malware/bloatware scanner. This is probably a good guide where to start.

It may be her Photos app trying to face recognize every photo in her library. One of the recent updates forced that (rather than letting you opt out), so it’s probably slowly working through. Don’t think it processes them while Photos is open, so it’s really an obnoxious background resource drain.

She uses lightroom, but I wonder if that does the same thing. I'll be sure to look at that this evening. Hopefully its as simple as that.
